Track your macros without fighting your tracker.

Most nutrition apps make sharing a recipe a chore, turn your custom foods into a junk drawer, and fumble the math the moment you combine ingredients. Macro Marmot is built to fix all three.

Be the first to know when Macro Marmot opens up. No spam, just one email when it's ready.

Why Macro Marmot

Three things every tracker I tried got wrong.

So I built one that gets them right. If Macro Marmot does not nail all three, it has failed.

1

Sharing a recipe was painful.

Pulling a recipe out of someone's library of thousands of meals should not take naming hacks. With Macro Marmot, a recipe is a link. Open it, add it to your library, done.

2

Custom foods became a graveyard.

No search, no favorites, no archive, no rename, no sort by recently used. Macro Marmot treats your custom foods like a real library, not a dumping ground.

3

Portions got weird.

Combine a few ingredients and "one serving" stops meaning anything. Macro Marmot stores everything in grams, so the math always adds up. Cups and spoons are just an easier way to type it in.

That is the short version. See everything it does, or read how the numbers work.

One app, every screen

On your phone and right in your browser.

Some days you log a snack from your phone. Other days you sit down and enter a week of meals on a real keyboard. Macro Marmot is the same app on Android and on the web, with the same library either way. A big data-entry session never means thumbing at a tiny screen. Coming soon on iOS too.

Macro Marmot Today screen on a phone: calories, macros, and the day's meals
Macro Marmot web app: calories, macros, sodium, weight, and the meal diary
Macro Marmot Activity feed on a phone: friends' recipes, workouts, and weight milestones

Real screens from the current Android and web build.
