What's inside
Everything you need to log, and nothing that gets in the way.
One fast search across OpenFoodFacts, USDA, and your own foods, with what you ate recently right at the top. Scan a barcode, build a recipe, or log a portion in cups or grams. The basics, done right.
Search millions of foods
OpenFoodFacts, USDA, and your own custom foods, all in one search.
Scan a barcode
Point your camera at a barcode and log it in seconds.
A real custom-food library
Favorite, archive, rename, and sort by what you actually eat most.
Recipes done right
Build a recipe from ingredients. Grams are the unit of truth, so totals never drift.
Portions that behave
Enter food in cups, spoons, or "1 medium." Macro Marmot resolves it to grams, and you can log a portion even when the gram weight was never set.
Macros, calories, sodium
Set your targets and watch protein, carbs, fat, calories, and sodium land on a clean daily dashboard.
Weight and goals
Log your weight, set a goal, and watch the trend line head where you want it.
Share a recipe as a link
Send a recipe in a tap. Friends fork it into their own library and get a nudge when you update it.
Health Connect sync
Pull in workouts and steps, and keep your numbers in step with Health Connect on Android.
Curious how the weight trend, measured maintenance, and calorie banking work? See how the numbers work.
Better with a few friends
Track on your own. Stay on track together.
Logging is easier to keep up when a few people are in it with you. Macro Marmot has an optional social layer for the handful of people you actually want to share with. There is no public directory: your profile is reached only through a friend code or link you hand out, and you decide what is visible, per recipe and per profile.
Add the people you trust
Share a friend code, a link, or a QR code. Follow each other and you each see the recipes the other chooses to share, private, followers-only, or public.
An activity feed worth opening
See what the people you follow are up to: a new recipe, a workout, a weight milestone like "Down 10 lb." React and leave a comment, right on the item.
Training stats that add up
Totals and trends for your workouts and daily steps, by week, month, or year, pulled straight from Health Connect. Check your own, or a friend's if they share theirs.
Be early
Get Macro Marmot the day it opens up.
Leave your email and I'll send you one note when it is ready. That is the whole deal.
